Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of the company B2B website
- Development of the company B2B website (web design skills not essential-out sourced)
- Inputting new data on to the company B2B website
- Purchase Order Processing within Sage Line 50
- Creating and calculating Price Lists
- Providing statistical stock reports and analysis
- Preparation of data
- Taking inbound calls from customers – shared duty
- Some general office duties
Essential Skills
- Excel - full working knowledge of functions, formulas and use of CSV files.
- Internet – familiarity of website online ordering (web design out sourced)
- Outlook - familiarity of use
- Customer Contact - liaising with customers to assist with web guidance and sales
Desirable Skills
- Sage Line 50 - familiarity of use helpful however not essential
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
Salary: £Depending on experience
