Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management of the company B2B website
  • Development of the company B2B website (web design skills not essential-out sourced)
  • Inputting new data on to the company B2B website
  • Purchase Order Processing within Sage Line 50
  • Creating and calculating Price Lists
  • Providing statistical stock reports and analysis
  • Preparation of data
  • Taking inbound calls from customers – shared duty
  • Some general office duties

Essential Skills

  • Excel - full working knowledge of functions, formulas and use of CSV files.
  • Internet – familiarity of website online ordering (web design out sourced)
  • Outlook - familiarity of use
  • Customer Contact - liaising with customers to assist with web guidance and sales

Desirable Skills

  • Sage Line 50 - familiarity of use helpful however not essential

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm

Salary: £Depending on experience
