Sales Manager – IT Services & Infrastructure – Major Account Management
Our client is a well established and highly regards IT Services Business. Due to ongoing success and a commitment to support and develop their staff they are looking to recruit this brand new position.
The Sales manager will be responsible for, delivering on the division’s sales strategy through leading and a developing a talented team of Account Managers.Providing regular PDR’s, training and ongoing support you will ensure they maximise their accounts and achieve their full potential.Whilst allowing your team to drive their own accounts you will assist with large pitches, presentations and tender responses.
In addition you will lead by example and manage the largest account for the business, you will be a hunter by nature keen to maximise each account through selling the full suite of products whilst also prospecting new business.
The ideal candidate will have a technical (IT – software hardware, service or capital equipment) sales background with proven success in managing major accounts for national/global business and a passion to drive sales by leading from the front.You will also need to have proven management experience of ideally a field based sales team.A willingness to travel is also essential to accompany your team on visits and manage you own account.
C£45,000 + Car + Commission + Health and other corporate benefits
