As a Sales Account Handler, you will act as the primary point of contact between my client and it's client base of corporate, public sector and SMB contacts. Your role will be to build, develop and maintain relationships within IT and financial departments, utilising your experience in the marketplace to ensure that my client provides a total IT solution service to your clients.
You will need to be tenacious, pro-active and a definite self-starter. A keen sense of customer service and the ability to juggle an ever-changing workload are key. You will be outgoing, determined and be smart in appearance.
You will need to have a proven track record in sales and a comprehensive IT knowledge. Any knowledge of the industry’s major vendors will also be an advantage.
