Our client requires a German Speaking Sales Administrator to support their growing team. The daily routine will be varied, and will include the following:
-Being the first point of contact for German customers
-Setting up new accounts on the system
-Credit applications for new customers
-Raising and expediting sample and Point of Sale requisitions
-Showroom order entry processing
-Liaising with Warehouse and despatch staff
-Arranging showroom despatch
-Sales order processing
-Updating customer records
-Updating Customer Relationship Management system
-General administration duties as and when required for company management and staff
-Map-pointing new and existing customer locations
-Co-ordination of showroom and show floor installation
-Translating documents
-Calling potential customers, qualifying leads
-Making appointments for sales representatives
-Attending exhibitions
Additional attributes:
Fluent written and spoken German is essential, with Dutch and French an additional advantage. Good understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word are required.
