Role
We seek a Sales Administrator to assist in a busy and successful sales department with researching and qualifying new and existing leads.You will be requested to set up accounts and client/customer related information into CRM system. Management of contract administration into internal systems and predefined workflow documents will also be a requirement. You will have excellent communications skills as you will be building relationships with key suppliers and customers.
Key Requirements
We are looking for somebody with the following skills / attributes:
- Education to at least graduate Level with good written and spoken English.
- Excellent telephone manner with an aptitude for finding the right person to review and update contact information.
- PC literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Past experience with a CRM solution or Contact Management System (CMS) would be of benefit.
- Strong self-discipline and self-sufficiency.
- An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
This position would be ideal for a postgraduate with some work experience and who would like to get into a sales environment with one of London’s coveted employers.
