Sterex Electrolysis International Ltd is a Brand leader in two-piece disposable electrolysis needles, the company was formed over 27 years ago and is truly an international company selling into over 30 countries. The name Sterex is synonymous with quality and customer care and is well respected in the beauty industry.

Sterex are currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to cover a Maternity leave contract.

Duties to include –

  • Handling inbound and outbound sales order calls in a professional manner
  • Investigating new business opportunities through telephone canvassing and direct mail campaigns
  • Maintaining customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer care
  • To process sales orders when required. Experience with Sage Accounts would be an advantage.
  • Data entry, mail merges and general ad hoc administration duties

To be successful you must have the following skills –

  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Strong IT Skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A positive can do attitude
  • Strong organisation skills
  • The ability to manage a varied work load using own initiative
  • Sage experience is advantageous

This is a full time position and the hours of work are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday- Friday with 30 minutes lunch break.
