A Vacancy has arisen within the Internal Core Sales Team for an RM.Com Sales Adviser. Working closely with Internal and Field Account Managers, this position requires the jobholder to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to deliver a number of targets. The job holder will need to possess good prioritisation skills. Ideally the successful candidate will have a good understanding of RM's product range, strong customer experience, possess drive and enthusiasm to achieve and exceed all of their targets both individual and team.
To Increase level of business received via RM.COM
To handle inbound sales calls, web generated communication and email enquiries from customers & colleagues.
Provide customers with accurate product information to help them meet their needs
Follow up opportunities generated from marketing collateral and events.
Develop your skills to be able to make appropriate decisions for pricing, discounts, up selling, escalations, and when to involve other areas of the business.
To work alongside the sales team to develop effective relationships to ensure appropriate focus and effort is given to rm.com and small value ownership.
