Sales Advisor – Bristol - £20,000 + benefits
Sales Advisor required urgently for a leading UK Software House with Offices all over the country.This role is based in Bristol.My client is a leader in their field, supplying cutting edge software (CRM) into the Not for Profit sector.In summary your role will involve sales administration, responding to requests for information and dealing with potential clients over the phone.You’ll play an important role in providing office based support to the sales teams and will administrate and attend sales related events.
Key responsibilities:-
·Answer the sales line
·Provide initial qualification on sales leads
·Provide a prompt response to the request for information by prospects
·Send out Demo CD to prospects on request
·Generate and send out quotations on request
·Work closely with the Sales Manager, Marketing and the Telephone Lead Generation teams to ensure leads are passed on as appropriate
·Processing of Sales orders which including raising invoice requests
·Produce weekly and monthly sales reports
·Attend weekly Sales meetings
Other responsibilities:-
·Keep the "Procedural Document" of the sales process up-to-date
·Undertake prospect research
·Ensure the CRM database is maintained and up to date
·Confirm the attendance of delegates booked onto software demonstrations
…and other tasks as required from time to time
Note:-
·A small amount of ad hoc travel may be required for events
The successful Sales Advisor will have the following qualities:
Ideally a mixture of administration, sales and Not for Profit sector experience
Confident person who enjoys dealing with people
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Has a good telephone manner
Conscientious and organised
Aspiration to develop their own sales skills
