A fantastic role has arisen within a well known company based within Stevenage. They are currently seeking a Sales Customer Relationship Advisor to join there busy, successful team.
Daily Duties
• To provide a high quality service for sales & policy administration to our clients policyholders
• Ensure that customers are offered and provided with details of our full range of products and levels of cover
• Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, working within defined service standards.
• Ensure that all existing customers are offered the opportunity to upgrade their cover and are informed of our range of additional products
• Assist in meeting its Sales, Retention and Premium targets.
• Assist department in achieving call service standards by being in an available state on your turret at your designated times
• Ensure that all new customers are offered our full range of products and cover levels.
• Identify customers’ needs and requirements and provide them with full and accurate product and underwriting information
• Keep up-to-date with any changes to procedures, documenting your understanding and recording this in your personal development file. Keep PDF up to date at all times.
To be considered for this role you MUST:
• Be customer focused.
• Have a confident telephone manner.
• Have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, numerical & keyboard skills.
• Have the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Be target Driven able to work under pressure
• Have previous experience in a general insurance environment.
• Have previous Sales & call centre experience
Hours: Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm
Salary: £16,000 basic, £18,000 OTE
