Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Call Handler to support our busy Internal Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Call Handler:
To answer inbound calls following the company’s Standard Call Procedure.
To process written and verbal orders accurately and in accordance with the customers requirements.
Handle all new business approaches made to Internal Sales Call Handler Team with utmost professionalism, ensuring all relevant data is passed to an appropriate Sales Manager.
Actively participating in the Company’s Promotional Drives, whether they be proactive i.e. speculatively calling customers or reactive i.e. maximizing an incoming order.
Active participation in Team Job Function Rotation ensuring maximum knowledge and experience is gained in all aspects of the Department.
Completion of Day to Day Admin Procedures (Back orders, Forward Data Orders, Out of Stock Analysis etc.).
Liaise with other departments in a polite friendly fashion in order to maximize customer service provision.
