Job Role

Sales Director is required to develop the business sales and marketing plan for market leading Aerospace Solutions business sales and marketing plan.
- Identify and win new business opportunities and development of major existing key account business
- Growth of UK and International markets inclusive of Aerospace, Defence, Rail, Nuclear, Oil and Gasand emerging markets.
- Commercial contract negotiation experience
- Management and development of sales team
- Knowledge of Aerospace market
- Proven and demonstrable sales track record
- UK and International exposure
- Understand processes and capabilities
- Domonstrable track record of securing major contracts.
- Strategic approach to business development
- Knowledge and understanding of a broad range of markets including aerospace would be highly preferred
