Recruitment Sales Director - London
Our client is an entrepreneurial group with an exceptional track record in the executive search & selection business. They have an opening for a Sales Director to deliver the growth required within a new business venture by means of growth in revenue, profit, sales team and market share.
A proven Sales Manager/Director background is required, working within a niche market relevant to the middle/senior level executive search arena. The Sales Director should be able to point to a consistently high level of financial billings and the ability to build a team of high performing consultants.
Responsible for defining the business plan, winning business from new and existing contacts, and delivering on all business objectives identified between the Sales Director and the board.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of his/her Product and Offering to the market. Rolling out a business development plan and ensuring that the client’s best practice is employed at all times.
<B>Experience Summary:-</B>
• Ensure consistent delivery of retained / exclusive assignments by Junior Consultants, where necessary attending pre-screening meetings
• Source business development meetings / retainer pitches with new contacts at existing clients
• Deliver retained / exclusive assignments with new contacts in existing clients in new disciplines/regions etc
• Succession planning and staff development: Ensure a strong pipeline of talent to maintain sustainable organic growth
• Ensure that the Vacancy Management Process, strong systems management and all other delivery processes are adhered to by all members of the business
• Structured and well organised
• Development of new business lines.
