Sales Executive / Business Development Executive - Roofing Materials
Alfreton, Derby
£16,000 Basic (£35,000 OTE)
Over the last decade, our client has grown to be largest EPDM distributors in the UK, supplying a range of companies from small independent merchants to large national multiples. They now seek to recruit a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established B2B sales professional to join an established and successful team. And with further products being added, there is real potential for the right candidate to progress to more senior management positions in time.
Though the role of Sales Executive / Business Development Executive is primarily geared around developing new business, you will also manage any new accounts you bring on board.
You will also sell to an existing client base, and as the company's products and pricing do their own selling, this is not a hard sell position. Instead, you will provide both new and existing customers with a consultative approach.
To succeed within this role, the Sales Executive / Business Development Executive will need to display a proven background in B2B sales.
Ideally, the applicant will have a track record in selling roofing materials - in particular flat roof materials - but this is not an essential requirement.
