Sales Executive / Telesales (Software Solutions) £25K OTE
Our client is the UK`s largest private software house supplying business management solutions to over 60,000 customers, from start-ups to large organisation
Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Manchester, North West
Salary: £18k Basic £25k OTE
ROLE:
The Telesales Executive will proactively contact prospective SME customers to generate new business sales of our clients leading business software range. The role also involves contacting existing customers to discuss contract renewals and additional services on offer. The Telesales Executive will be expected to meet challenging targets ranging from telephone statistics to revenue generation targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) To undertake outbound and inbound telesales activity to new and existing customers
b) To exceed sales revenue targets and opportunity generation targets and meet agreed KPI`s as directed by the SME Telesales Team Manager and always represent the company in a professional manner.
c) To continually update and cleanse the prospect database with key marketing and competitor information as directed
d) To absorb and implement IRIS sales training and use IRIS sales guidelines in selling to customers ensuring sale is ethical and customer satisfaction is achieved
e) To achieve the daily talk time KPI of 2hrs 50mins per day
f) To achieve other KPI`s such as decision maker contacts, number of dials per day, opportunities raised.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Pervious B2B sales experience preferably gained through Telesales in any industry as full product training will be given.
b) Able to demonstrate achievement/over achievement of sales targets.
c) Proficient verbal and numerical skills.
d) Educated to GCSE / A level.
e) Be Business and Commercial Focus.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Knowledge of software sales and business software products would be advantageous.
