Software applications to - Call Centre, Unified Communications, CRM, Workflow, Business Process Automation, Document Management 

Base salary £50k - £65k, OTE £130k - £160k plus CA and benefits

Leading USA based software and services vendor with $100m+ revenues and operations in a dozen+ International locations including several European offices and a well established UK business. The portfolio includes apps for Call Centres, Unified Communications, CRM, and with recent emphasis on Workflow, Business Process Automation, Document Management. These latter areas are via acquisition of other software houses and now full integration leads to full new product launches internationally. Typical deals are with mid to larger companies and government organisations and TOV is circa £100k - £500k with occasional deals in excess of £1m+

Job Description
 
This role is centred on creating revenues through a combination of direct sales to enterprise clients and some indirect channel sales with established partners. You will have demonstrable experience of this direct 'high-touch' capability. The successful candidate will have experience in selling business solutions in one or more of the following or closely-related categories Call Centres, Unified Messaging, CRM, Workflow, Business Process Automation, Document Management software and services etc. This individual must have good record of meeting revenue quotas on a quarterly basis. The individual must be technically proficient and demonstrate a level of reasonable self-sufficiency.
 
Requirements
 
8-10 years of sales experience
Demonstrable track record of personal development and closure of business
Knowledge of Call Centre Management, Customer Relationship Management, enterprise workflow / Document / Process Automation.
Experience in selling software a must
Experience selling to medium to large corporate clients and some experience of management of Resellers.
Capable of representing the company at the most senior levels.
Excellent communication skills, sound presentation skills, business aptitude and work ethic are requirements of this position.
Technical Proficiency - an ability to learn and present the solution set to a reasonable depth
Education BSc/BA or equivalent higher education
Territory - UK and Ireland with some potential for other EMEA international (The company has successful business units based in Benelux, France, Dubai and South Africa)
Reporting Directly to the Regional Sales Director
Quota/Compensation The sales quota is $1.5m - $1.8m+ revenues.
Commission OTE $160,000+ for $1.8m revenues.
Basic salary £50,000 - £65,000
Car Allowance £6,000 pa.
Largest recent UK deal was $1.8m (at net OEM prices for software, hardware and services).
Presidents Club At 100% of Target. (Recent destinations Mexico, Maui, Jamaica) Normal attendance 70 sales people from the client and their VAR Partners.
Vertical sectors could include Insurance, Banking, Collections etc
