We are looking for a dynamic, versatile and customer-focused Sales Floor Supervisor to join our fun, sociable team in Bristol. This senior role will place you at the heart of our business in one of our biggest UK stores. You will have the freedom and opportunity to achieve sales whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service.
You will need the skills to be able to guide and run a busy sales floor and to learn all about our products so that you can answer any customer enquiry and assist other team members with selling.
Do any of the following sound like you?
- Excellent selling skills, with at least 12 months of retail experience.
- Love getting into the great outdoors and going travelling.
- Interested in outdoor clothing, equipment and related technologies.
- A ‘can do’ person with a customer friendly approach and good communication skills.
