Job Description Warm telesales contacting customers who have used the on-line facility to obtain initial quotes or to make enquiries Following up on leads Talking to potential customers to establish what their needs / requirements are Relationship building with potential customers Selling a range of health insurance products according to the customers requirements through a 2 to 3 stage sale process Taking ownership as if it were your own mini business Skills Required Previous proven sales experience essential Excellent customer service skills Results driven attitude The ability to listen and communicate effectively and empathise where necessary Relationship building skills Ability to work unsupervised Motivated, positive attitude with the desire to succeed Benefits Based on a 40 hour week - flexible start and finish times Basic salary of £15K with uncapped, achievable commission 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day per full years service up to 25 days Excellent incentives & big motivational prizes In house training
