Our Client is a diversified technology and manufacturing leader, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes and industry; automotive products; turbochargers; and specialty materials and they are urgently looking to employ three Sales Managers.

In order to apply for this position you must have the nnowledge and understanding of the Sales Cycle, value based selling, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain business issues.
o Expert knowledge on Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, BMS and ELV Systems
o Proven success presenting technologies as business solution.
o Proven success selling into complex sales environments with both business and technical buyers.

Your responsibilities will include:

o Conceptualize and communicate on how Honeywell products and services impact opportunities and sales coverage within the industry.
o Actively contribute to account strategy definition and review.
o Perform needs assessments and solution discovery sessions.
o Review customer operations for business process improvement opportunities.
o Define which Honeywell products (and partner offerings, if applicable) are best to address prospect business requirements.
o Understand product functionality / capability gaps, and then defines ways to address gaps using product enhancements, partners, etc.
o Design and deliver product demonstrations based on the requirements and the competitive sales situation.
o Work with the internal team to define product and technical responses for RFP requests.
o Request and coordinate resources needed to support the sales engagement.
o Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Honeywell Building Solutions products, features, functions, and benefits.
o Become affiliated with industry groups, user groups, etc.





Skills

Bachelor/Master Degree with a Major in Engineering
Min 10 years proven pre-sales and sales success at selling technical solutions in a complex selling environment
