New Business Development Manager – IT Recruitment - Midlands
Applications are invited from experienced business developers within the UK IT recruitment market to spearhead the future growth of this established organisation experiencing a strong position in the market.
They are able to offer a very competitive basic salary and a commission structure which can offer high rewards in return for results.
The role will involve developing business within the Midlands IT arena initially, securing accounts and contracts with SME's and plc's.
You will meet regularly with the directors to plan and discuss your strategy and structure and to ensure the team of highly experienced resourcers are in a position to manage the accounts you bring on.
Once this role is established, the directors envisage it developing into a true sales management role, heading up a team of more junior BDE's. You will need the ability to gain the trust of clients and to bring on new business.
Your basic salary and bonus structure will be dependent on the level of success you are able to demonstrate in previous years. You may also be a sales biased IT Recruitment consultant who is looking to focus on new business development.
(Experience of the UK IT recruitment market from a sales bias is essential)
