South West London
A highly successful leading energy broker based in South West London is now recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager. This company provides energy management solutions to assist businesses with their energy procurement and carbon reduction. The company works with brand name suppliers including Scottish & Southern Energy, EDF Energy, Total Gas & Power and many others.
You will be managing a small team of 4 sales people to generate and maintain significant new business and to manage a portfolio of high value accounts. A budget will be given to the successful candidate who will be responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that targets set by the Director are met.
The Sales Manager’s key requirements will be:
- Recruiting and training sales staff; supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
- Allocating areas to sales executives
- Setting budgets/targets
- Liaising with customers
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services
- Identify and source new business leads and develop new relationships as well as maximise existing ones
We are seeking candidates who are autonomous, organised with excellent sales and analytical skills. Experience of working in a medium, high frequency sales activity environment would be desirable but not essential.
