LONDON AREA
£30-35K BASIC
My clients are one of the UKs biggest IT Resellers, a global organisation with an outstanding reputation in the market.
They currently require an experienced Sales Manager to manage a team of 10-15 internal Sales Account Managers.
Your role will be to help develop these Account Managers-
Manage
Coach
Review &
Develop
You will have to have a previous IT Sales Management background with a proven background in managing a team of sales executives.
You will posses strong people management skills
Be process drive i.e. work to strict KPI's!
Ideally you will come from an IT Reseller background however if you are from an IT vendor or IT Distributor this will also be considered.
