Additionally they have access to corporate client relocation packages and hence the listing and selling of UK wide property to assist the move of employees of major blue chip clients.This is a clear sales differentiator that other estate agents cannot compete with. Our client has their own surveying, lettings, financial services and legal divisions and are therefore a truly one-stop-shop. We have a need for a Sales Manager. In addition to listings and sales you will be encouraged to assist with the managing of the office, motivating and training staff by setting high standards of achievement, and agreeing and achieving targets.
