The Role: The job role will be to generate sales opportunities through telesales and convert a high proportion of sales leads into sales. Daily duties will include ensuring that all sales enquiries are answered promptly and efficiently, key details of the callers are recorded and entered in the database and the source is recorded for later analysis. You will also ensure that all leads are followed up within a reasonable period of time, your personal profit objective set by the company is met or exceeded and you will proactively search for new leads via internet, directories etc
The Successful Candidate: Will need to have a confident and outgoing nature with excellent communication skills and a polite, professional telephone manner. Industry experience not required as full training will be given, although you will need to have previously worked in Sales and have experience in both cold and warm calling. Strong IT skills are essential and experience of using databases would be a distinct advantage. Above all we are looking for someone who is reliable, has good timekeeping, is hardworking and will get the job done!
