We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s largest Estate Agency groups.
They are currently looking to expand their existing staff levels, as the market is starting to take a positive turn.They are searching for a experienced Estate Agent to take on the role as the sales Manager within one of their leading branches in Ashford, Kent.
Role
As the sales Manager you will be responsible for generating Viewings, sales, cross sales, and running the sales team, through organising and executing the office sales campaign. To fulfil this exciting role you need to have the drive and determination to exceed your targets and be passionate in winning new business and creating new opportunities.

Experience
You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency, with a proven ability to convert your leads.You will need 2/ 3 years minimum experience .
