Our client, a local and highly successful telecomms company are seeking to expand their sales team, the first step will be to recruit a Sales Manager before creating a team to work underneath you.
The Role
You will be critical to the success of a new sales team for the company, initially your role will involve:
Creation of recruitment process, recruitment of sales team Creation of induction programme for new starters Creating sales targets for each individual Creating KPIs and reporting system
After successfully creating your team and their goals you will then focus on:
Increasing levels of new business Increasing business from existing customer base Increasing customer retention Developing a consultative selling ethos Develop technical knowledge of sales team
Your success will be judged on your results in the following areas:
Sales figures for revenue, new connections, sales growth Gross profit achieved Rention and morale of sales team Customer Satisfaction
The Person
You will already be a successful sales manager who is looking for a chance to develop their career with a successful and rapidly growing company.
Your experience will of been gained in a new business and account management role ideally with a short/medium term sales cycle, you will have excellent people management skills and a consultative sales approach.
Ideally you will have experience in the telecomms industry although this is not essential. Due to the nature of the job it is essential for you to have a UK driving license
In addition to your basic salary you will recieve a bonus/commission commensurate with your success in the role. A company car is provided along with pension, life cover and 25 days holiday.
