My client is looking for an experienced sales executive to join them to effectively market their company to potential clients and effectively manage and develop current accounts. This is a hands on role and would be suited to someone who had experience of selling into commercial or industrial business. The ideal candidate will have experience of the commercial paint or rail industrial.
Duties include:
Carry out all duties allied to all aspects of marketing within the Paintshop dept on and off site locations.
To have an input of experienced knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurial skill to develop and effect a successful business.
Carry out all estimating and tendering within an effective/timely and successful manner, ensuring an achievable satisfactory margin return of approx 30% plus, working closely with Paintshop management.
Be fully conversant with and carry out all aspects of the Companies Handbook and Health and Safety policies.
Must be fully experienced in the commercial painting market
Carry out customer liaison in a considerate and professional manner.
Develop existing accounts/source new meaningful accounts/develop effective trade memberships, in respect to Road/Commercial/Defence/Rail and other type work predominantly into and at Foston works.
Support and develop existing commercial accounts, including development of new to meet planned expansion requirements including all short/long term budget plan requirements as required.
Work closely with your Senior and immediate Management team to effect a planned strategy of work and its successful conclusion, in meeting all planned objectives/requirements
Carry out effective planning, organization and execution of all advertising/events requirements and presentations.
Improve customer relations, carry out investigation and resolve of complaints handling.
