Our client is a well known and busy estate agency based in Market Bosworth. Due to a significant increase in business and continued expansion plans they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator.
They pride themselves on achieving great exchange rates and commission, whilst delivering first class customer service.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good local knowledge and come from a background of primarily dealing with the sale of residential property. It would also be preferable for candidates to have gained exposure to the lettings side of the business and be used to generating leads for financial services etc.
This is an important appointment for our client and as a result they are looking for a candidate who plans to stay long term and and assist in the future growth of the business.
They are offering a generous package and commission structure to be negotiated depending upon experience.
