An opportunity has arisen to become part of a growing New Business Team in the thriving Telecoms industry.
The successful candidate would work from our clients offices in South Manchester. Duties will include both inbound and outbound telephone calls into existing accounts.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
* Making initial opening call to prospective customers
* Liaising with team members to maximize the database potential.
* Dealing with customer enquiries
Essential Skills
Good customer service/internal sales skills
Good computer skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
Previous Telecoms [mobile] or fixed line | broadband Industry Knowledge
Details Of Role
Hours: 7½ hours per day flexible between the hours of 8.30 am and 5.30 pm to be agreed, 5 days per week [Mon - Fri].
Holiday Allowance : 20 days paid holiday pa. rising to 24 days plus public holidays at anniversaries.
Remuneration would be upto £18,000 basic p.a. dependent upon experience plus commission package to be agreed, OTE £25,000 - £30,000 plus. Salary reviewed on an annual basis. Benefits include Pension Scheme and Bonus Plan.
