Richard F Mackay Furniture & Carpets have a turnover of over £5.5m and growing even in these uncertain times and are looking for an additional sales person to join our team.
We are a small hard working, fun team that works hard and plays even harder.
The successful applicant would enjoy rewards including:
·On-target earnings of £35,000 per annum.
·Guaranteed basic, £16k.
·Commission ranging from 2.5% to a very attractive 4% on sales.
·No maximum on earnings potential.
·Scottish Widows non-contributory stakeholder Pension.
We have a significant base of satisfied customers in central Scotland that has been built up over 80 years. Our clients come back to us again and again.
What’s more, we have a strong, proven and effective marketing strategy that attracts high levels of new business. We invest heavily on radio and in newspapers, brochures and mailers.
Full and comprehensive training will be given to the successful person, which will include all-expenses paid trips in the UK and Europe to visit the finest furniture factories, to learn about the product range.
Our top sales people are rewarded well with extra benefits too. For example, this year two members of the team will be enjoying European Weekends, one to Copenhagen and the other one to Prague. Partners are also invited and each couple will be given £500 cash to spend.
Plus last year we shut the shop for a day and the entire team went to Brussels!!!
