Our
client is a market leader in their field and are going through a significant
expansion to their team. To assist with this expansion they are looking to take
on a Sales Support Administrator on a temp to perm basis.
Duties
of the role will include
Being
the first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries to the sales
team
Manage
all mail ensuring that it is dealt with as required
Maintain
fleet contracts for the cars and carefully monitor and manage any renewals
Ensure
that all staff have the correct insurances and licences in place before using a
company vehicle
Monitoring
the sales system to ensure that all entries are accurate
Produce
and run regular sales reports
Collation
of the sales teams expanses, checking expenses and passing to management for
sign off
Maintaining
clear records of expenses, holiday and sickness for the department
Working
with other staff to arrange the logistics for any training meetings
Sending
out documentation to clients on behalf of the sales team
Managing
the stock of marketing material ensuring that orders are made in a timely
fashion
You
will need to
Be
educated to 'A' Level or equivalent NVQ in Business Administration
Have
excellent communication skills
Outstanding
organisational skills
Advanced
IT skills particularly with Excel and Outlook
Able
to work under pressure
Able
to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively
Be
a good team player who is able to consider the wider picture within the department
