Sales Support Assistant
£20,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)

A world leading manufacturer within the Pharmaceutical Industry who continue their year on year expansion currently require the services of a Sales Support assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising manufacturing capabilities within the pharmaceutical industry.
The key accountabilities of the role will include generating sales leads and customer lists within the pharmaceutical industry, these could include large manufacturers of over the counter drugs, veterinary health products or speciality pharmaceutical products. The candidate would then develop these leads in to working relationships with these clients in order to win new business.
Other duties will include supporting the Business Development Manager in offering manufacturing options to large pharmaceutical manufacturers and arranging visits for the sales director.
Due the nature of this position you will need excellent communication skills and a degree in a scientific related subject. Previous sales experience is not needed, though you do need to have worked previously for a pharmaceutical company.
