y client is a leading provider of cutting edge Network Engineering & Training Services world wide.
They are currently looking for a highly experienced Sales Team Manager who can come on board to lead, develop and motivate the existing Sales Team .
The ideal candidate will have a strong IT sales background, a proven track record of handling technical IT queries and selling a wide range of IT related products.
You must also have experience in managing a Sales team, be able to coach and develop existing staff and be able to aid in the future recruitment of B2B sales people.
As well as looking after the team you must display the desire to assist with the outbound sales and have the skills required to succeed in this challenging environment.
