My client is a multi brand fashion concept on selected out of town retail parks, they offer a unique customer offer consisting of recognisable, leading brands. With prominent labels reflecting the current fashion trends and a pricing strategy that is parallel to the high street, my client is the one-stop-shop for the fashion aware.
The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the brand concept and championing all the multiple brands that the store offers. Your key responsibilities will be to deliver brands through excellent visual impact and ensuring the store is merchandised to the highest standard. A 'customer first' mentality and driving customer loyalty through excellent standards and service is a very big part of this role. As a Sales and operations Manager you will maximise opportunities and drives sales & profit through all the brands, use reports and data to identify and act upon store and area-wide opportunities, be responsible for and manage all store operational processes and plan staffing to maximise team effectiveness and store productivity
You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in;
* Leading , inspiring and developing a team through key competencies.
* Coaching and developing of a sales team.
* Identifying and acting upon individual/team development requirements to support the Area and
company succession plan.
* Awareness of external influences and reacts quickly to them.
* Feeds back to Area Manager on business wide issues and shares best practice with their peers.
* Leading by example in all aspects of retail management.
Ideal experience
* Proven experience as a senior manager from within a fashion related environment
* Experience of managing the complexities of a multi brand business
* Managed a team of 20 or more in a fashion retail environment with a turnover of at least £2.5m

Salary banding between 24,000 and 30,000 + excellent benefits.
