Sales and Revenue Manager -Job Brief

As revenue and sales manager for this hotel you will work closely with the reservation co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of the department. It is the repsonsibility of the revenue and sales manager look after all existing client relationships while also exploring other opportunities and winning new business. You will be ensuring the most successful marketing tools, websites, magazines are in place to promote the hotel and build relationships with the suppliers. This is an exciting and challenging role with a good hotel that values and looks after it`s team.

Client Profile

With over 60 bedrooms, 5 function rooms this Value hotel sits idyllically in the heart of Kingston upon Thames providing an excellent business meeting facility – restaurant and rooms. Part of a small group who are growing at a healthy pace with some diverse catering operations. The company are proud to offer excellent hours and working conditions yet you should still be ambitious, focused and willing to work hard when the business dictates.

Required Experience

  • You should have experience in this role at a quality property and be able to demonstrate success in the role.
  • You live in The Kingston Uopn Thames area - or a short commute.
  • You will be a good manager of people - leading by example.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills

Salary & Benefits

Basic - £25,000 (will pay more for an exceptional candidate)

Bonus - £5,000+ payable immediately

Good working conditions and working hours
