We are a Beauty Equipment Distribution Company looking for a Sales and Training Administrator for up to 12 MONTHS MATERNITY COVER. We are looking for a diligent, well-organised individual able to multi task with a can do attitude. This position requires accuracy both written and numerically. You will be required to raise proforma's and write letters to customers, most of which are generic however you will also be called upon to raise non-standard letters. You will be liaising with customers on a daily basis via telephone therefore a clear well-spoken telephone manner is essential. This is a very busy position that offers the successful candidate a lot of variety.

· Exceptional organisational skills and previous proven administration experience
· Sales Order Processing
· Raising correspondence for new customers relating to orders
· Arranging training for new sales
· Chasing payment for new sales
· Liaising with finance companies
· Liaising with and updating Sales Reps and Sales Manager
· Ensuring terms and conditions are complied with
· Arranging chargeable and non-chargeable training
· Chasing payments relating to chargeable training
· Raising Proforma Invoices and letters
· Diary management (weekly)
· Itineraries for new staff
· Booking flights, trains, hotels
· Taking incoming sales enquiries

Office Hours Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.30pm however candidates will be required to be flexible with working hours in order to meet work requirements.
