Based in Cirencester, my client has a fantastic and rare opportunity for someone looking for some part time work within social housing!
Monday - Friday 9am - 1.30pm. The role is 23 hours per week and the hours may be flexible.
You will be working as a generic warden in a complex for the elderly, and duties will include:
o Checking on tenants
o Updating and implementing tenant support plans
o Assisting tenants with general queries
The successful candidate will have experience of working with the elderly, preferably within a scheme management or warden role.
A current CRB would be an advantage as my client is looking for an IMMEDIATE START!
