School Catering Manager, Public Sector, Bradford

Salary: £6.28 - £7.40 per hour, 15-30 hours per week, term time only
Location: Bradford
We're looking for School Catering Managers to work in a selection of schools throughout Bradford.
Reporting to the Area Catering Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the school kitchen on a day to day basis. Specifically, you will manage the school catering team and will be ultimately responsible for providing adequate meals to the students. Other duties include monitoring food and stock control, as well as making sure that all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are rigorously followed.
Ideally, we're looking for individuals with at least 3 years experience in catering, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a school environment. You will either need the relevant food hygiene qualifications or a management/leadership qualification. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and a good leader with a committed, flexible attitude who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and lead by example!
