Team Leader - Secretarial - to £30,000
My client is a market leading recruitment consultancy in Office Support sector. They currently require an ambitious Team Leader for their secretarial team.
The ideal candidate will have managed a team in the past and have a proven track record as a strong biller within office support. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate a team while effectively running your own desk.
You will have the ability to multi task and work well under pressure and be someone who is highly motivated and ambitious with the desire to reap rewards.
The ideal Candidate shall posses:
Proven recruitment experience within Office/ Secretarial sector supported by evidence of revenue delivery.
Sound Client and Candidate relationship skills
Proven and demonstrable billings
Ability to identify and maximise on business opportunities
Ability to work alone and within a team
Maturity to work to own KPI's to deliver results
Enjoys a consultative approach to the business
Professionalism, Drive and Determination
