You will be responsible for leading a team on shift. This will include KPI adherence, value added development of work practices and the ability to solve problems. People development, clear leadership and coaching skills are crucial. You will also be involved with projects and multi disciplined team work to deliver improvements and product innovation.
You will be able to demonstrate team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong record of driving delivery of sustained improvement as an individual and through teams. Your ability to get the best out of people rather than the most is essential to the role.
This role would suit an existing Shift Manager or Team Leader seeking a different challenge.
