Security Sales & Business Development Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £38k - £42k basic + Commission
My Client is a growing manned guarding security service with a quality driven approach. They are currently looking to appoint a proven sales manager to expand their portfolio of business. Applicants must have experience of selling manned guarding services.
Main Responsibilities:
•Sale and promotion of the Company’s services
•Source and develop profitable new business to a specified target.
•Effective communication with existing and potential customers.
•Compilation of effective tender proposals.
•Preparation of quotations and tenders including job costing
•Generate sales leads
•Completion of accurate weekly sales activity reports
Personal Qualities/Skills:
•The ability to work to tight deadlines.
•First class negotiation skills.
•Good communication skills.
•Adaptable and flexible.
•Good PC Skills and typing ability.
•Self motivated and reliant.
•Maintain confidential information
•Must have good presentation skills,
•Persistent andcompetitive
Each candidate must have prior experience in the UK security industry or a similar industry.
