Our client is a leading International diversified technology and manufacturing leader, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes and industry; automotive products; turbochargers is urgently seeking to employ a Security Sales Manager.


Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:
Minimum 7 years Sales Leadership experience in Security Products (CCTV, Intrusion, Access systems)
English required, Arabic and French language skills preferred
Strong understanding of Security related technical products.
Goal and results oriented.
Demonstrated ability to Interact at all levels within customers' organizations and within the organization.
Business development and deal negotiation experience, including contract development. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Experience in partner/customer facing position, strong customer communication skills.
Must have personally worked with security projects of 100 cameras or more; 100 access readers or more
Ability to create and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, covering business and technical content.
Experience leading cross-divisional teams, and communicating status and escalations to senior management.
Professional and diplomatic communication, verbal and written. Ability to travel for business meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Excellent business and analytical skills.
Experience / Education Sought:
A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or a business related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
Prefer Sales experience representing a manufacturer, as opposed to representing a contractor. Will accept contractor side experience if an exceptional candidate only
Ability to quickly identify market and sales opportunities within security product technologies.
Knowledge of selling products to the Middle East industrial, commercial and residential development market.

You must be french speaking and be from Morrocco or Algeria.
