A well established Mortgage Broker in Somerset is in need of an experienced Mortgage Advisor to work on a self-employed basis.
Ideally you will live in the Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Bridgwater, Yeovil, Bath area, although consideration will be given to candidates from outside this area.
You must have a good and thorough understanding of the mortgage market, together with the ability to generate referral work. It is essential that you are fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
In return you will receive a fee split in the order of 35% consultant with 65% broker (this to include the office use and compliance costs). This fee split is negotiable for the right candidate.
