(Senior) Account Manager
Retail Communications, Brand Strategy, Environments, In-store
Up to £35,000 Dependent on Experience + Bonus + Pension

Our client is an independent retail communications agency that boasts an enviable list of customers including leading retailers and brand owners. The work they do is renowned for its creative quality and innovation, and with an offering that covers in-store marketing (POS/POP), brand strategy and retail environments they are well equipped to meet their clients' demands. Due to on-going growth and development they are actively seeking a proven (Senior) Account Manager to become an integral player in their key accounts team.
The Role:
* To mange and develop existing business, identifying opportunities and acting upon them.
* Build strong relationships with clients to generate income and maximise profitability.
* To take briefs from the client and then brief the team internally.
* To review creative work and over see the production process.
* To propose new projects and initiatives to the client.
* To be responsible for the output of the highest quality work, to brief, on time and on budget
The Individual:
* Demonstrable experience of account/project management in a retail communications agency or similar environment.
* Ability to effectively service existing business, identify opportunities and act upon them to ensure incremental growth.
* Experience of health & beauty or fashion related clients would be beneficial but not essential.
* Knowledge of print / below the line (BTL) methods desirable.
* A self-starter, very well organised and self motivated.
