Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Salary: £35,000 pa + bonus
Location: Rotherham
Benefits:20 days plus stat, free parking, commission
The Job Role:
Will primarily be to develop new business, to manage and develop creative accounts and to assist the partners in the development and growth of the company. Your tasks & responsibilities will include Business Development & Account Management in terms of - assisting in the creation of a business development plan and developing new creative business, delivering creative briefs and taking responsibility for their successful application and delivery. You will effectively communicate with all clients, on telephone, meetings and through use of contact reports, project plans, etc working within Project Management software and will effectively deal with all suppliers and handle key client meetings and presentations if required. The role will see you become a fundamental part of the 'management team' (the partners) and you will have significant input into the future strategy and growth of the business
Essential Requirements:
You must have solid experience as an Account Manager as well as proven experience of Project Management, Change Control and Project Planning. You will have experience of face to face and telephone sales and need to be of graduate calibre with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills. Experience of managing client relationships is essential as is a track record in the creative sector. Personality-wise you will need to be enthusiastic, creative, imaginative, self-motivated.
