One of Queensland's most progressive organizations is seeking an experienced, qualified Accountant to assist with their operational and analytical requirements. As the successful applicant you will find yourself forming pro-active relationships within the management teams across the organisation.Your outgoing nature and excellent interpersonal skills will ensure you gel well with this professional and fun team.
Responsibilities will include:
General ledger management
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss as well as revenue and other analyses, with commentaries
Assist in preparing the Annual Operating Plan
Continuously improve reporting templates & processes with the aim of improving efficiency & cost effectiveness
Essential Requirements:
CA/CPA/NIA Qualified
Previousexperience as a commercial Accountant
Good analytical and fact-finding skills
The ability to follow issues through to resolution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
