Senior Agency Sales Manager - Advertising Sales
London Based
£55k Basic £70k OTE
We are currently looking for a Senior Agency Sales
Manager for a large multi-national brand. Your responsibility will be to
maximise advertising and sponsorship revenue generated through sales and
account management of key advertising agencies and manage a growing team of
sales people.
KEY ACTIVITIES
·To
organise regular formal contact with all clients within the managed agency
patch and pro-actively sell advertising solutions to the managed agency patch
·Account
management of key complex campaigns from the time they are confirmed through to
completion.
·Feed
accurate market and agency information to the Head of International Sales
·To
develop business opportunities/introduce new contacts to direct reports
·Lead by
example, coach and motivate a small sales team
KEY SKILLS
·At least
7 years media sales experience with a minimum of 3 years online
· Ability
to work in an international environment, with the patience and understanding of
foreign cultures being essential
·Skilled
in negotiation and be able to demonstrate a highly structured sales approach
that leads deals through to completion.
·Confident
presenting to groups at all levels
·Comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising marketplace
·Experienced in pitching complex and innovative ideas
·One
foreign language (or willingness to learn once in the role)
·Existing
relationships with international online planners/buyers is ESSENTIAL
