Duties
*To undertake Type 1, 2 or 3 asbestos surveys (as defined in MDHS 100)
*Assist in the development of the Asbestos consultancy business unit in the region
*Execution of re-inspections, the updating of asbestos registers and asbestos management plans, ensuring that inspection works are carried out in accordance with documented procedures and comply with the quality system.
*Recording of all site data and compile inspection reports.
*Oversee trainee inspection staff during their supervised work period
*Assisting the Quality Manager and Deputy Quality Managers with the day to day compliances of the UKAS quality system.
*Working as part of a team
*Must have a good amount of asbestos surveying experience and capable of undertaking the lead surveyor's duties.
*Use own initiative. Project removal specification and management a definite advantage.
