The Company
Our client is an International Financial Services company based in the IFSC in Dublin.
The Role
* Structuring and arranging the refinancing of Development Funding Facilities with the provision of a facility to include site funding and development finance facilities.
* Structuring and arranging of Term Investment / Commercial Property Development
* Arranging the funding and structuring facility
* Arranging and structuring the Debt / Term Funding to fund any acquisitions as well as raising Equity from Tax & Wealth Management Intermediaries.
* Act as Corporate Finance / Treasury / Funding adviser to companies and managing the Bank Funding Relationships, Facility Structuring and Private Placement of further equity.
* Advising Partnerships re project viability, funding prospects, tender process re: PPP project and exit strategies
* Arranging Buyouts / Restructuring packages with formal offers to de-risk the Lending Bank from its workout / Receivership position.
* Involvement in the High Court, Examinership and Receivership / Liquidation proceedings re: Property Development company with Bank obligations

Salary for this role is based on experience and ranges from €80k - €120k.
