Are you a highly experienced estate agent ?
You maybe an extremely driven and motivated senior negotiator looking for the next step on the career path or an existing branch manager looking for the next challenge.
Our client is a large and exceptionally well known and respected firm of estate agents and are looking to recruit a super star estate agent to head up their Coventry branch.
You must be exceptionally driven, passionate and focused with a cast iron will to succeed.
You must be able to motivate a team.
You must have the ability to remain positive throughout - always having a "can-do" attitude.
This is a branch with absolutely massive potential, that does alright but could be a real money maker.
As the estate agent / branch manager you will be required to lead by example, hold morning meetings, cross sell financial services and conveyancing, recruit staff, set targets and budgets and always be better than the competition.
