Senior Branch Manager up to 60k basic + Benefits

Job Description

My client a major high st bank is looking to recruit a senior branch manager.

This brand new role has been designed to drive a cluster of branches to deliver an outstanding customer experience, through effective business and people leadership, in order to maximise performance across all areas of the Balanced Scorecard (Service, Control, People and Income).

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of the overall strategic objectives of Branch Bankingthroughout UK as a whole
• Experience in building, leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding results
• Capability in understanding, developing and delivering a cluster level business plan
• Experience and understanding of a sales environment
• Proven ability to manage the performance and support the development of individuals, through effective coaching and timely feedback
• Strong commercial and financial awareness of the broader Retail environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance across all areas of Service, Control, People and Income
• Optimise the customer experience in all branches across the cluster, through the establishment and maintenance of customer focused teams, and understanding what 'TCF' means to customers, delivering fair outcomes in every interaction with them
• Closely manage the budget and ensure operational efficiency is maximised
• Act as a role model and ensure behaviours are value driven
• Facilitate individuals' personal and career development
• Establish and maintain clear, effective communication channels in order to enhance employee engagement
